Shipping and Returns

BERNERKUHL.COM dispatch orders with UPS and GLS.

All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced.
When an order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking no. for your package. In some cases this may be caught by your junk filter, so please check before contacting us. Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands.

RATES

*We do not offer shipping to Russia.

US orders: 
All orders to the United States will be sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Taxes, duties and tariffs are included in the purchase price, resulting in no additional fees upon delivery. Prices reflect USD retail pricing.

EU orders:
Due to the European OSS rules, VAT value is based on the customers country tax, thus prices may differ depending on the customer location. VAT will be visible at check out. Prices reflect EUR retail pricing.

UK orders:
Orders to the United Kingdom will be sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Taxes, duties and tariffs are included in the purchase price, resulting in no additional fees upon delivery. Prices reflect GBP retail pricing.

Non-EU orders:
All non-EU orders, excluding UK and US, are tax free.
Total price at check out is shown without VAT. If your IP address is not located correctly, the VAT will be deducted when your delivery address is entered.
Local customs or import taxes can be charged at destination, these charges are at the responsibility of the customer.

We must adhere to all international import/export laws. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), as well as the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Appropriate information for EU trade agreements is included on the invoice with the parcel. You can find more information about such agreements on the European Commission website.

We strive to offer the best possible service and dispatch goods on working days.
Some delays may be experienced during sales and public holidays.

Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands. Berner Kühl cannot accept responsibility for orders that are delayed in Customs.

RETURNS

 
Returns:
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery of your order. Please register your return via our Return Portal. Returns not registered through the portal will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition. Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please note that the products are your liability until they are safely received back at our warehouse.

Refund processing can take up to 14 days. When the return has been processed and accepted, the refund amount normally appears on your account within 2-7 working days, depending on your card provider. Costs associated with returning items will be deducted from the refund.

Handling fees for returns:
A handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 
DENMARK: 6€
EU: 10€
REST OF WORLD: 20€

Exchanges:
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery of your order. Exchanges must be registered via the Return Portal. Exchanges not registered through the portal will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please note that the products are your liability until they are safely received back at our warehouse and must include a return invoice.

Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will proceed with the exchange. Please be aware that exchanges are not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to cancel the exchange.

Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the exchange to be processed.
